Join us for a day of insightful presentations and discussions on the latest developments in battery energy storage technologies and their applications.
Event Details:
The seminar will take place on September 13, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with an afternoon session dedicated to lab visits. The venue for this event is Laborelec, located at Rodestraat 125, 1630 Linkebeek.
Agenda Highlights:
Our agenda includes a series of engaging presentations from esteemed speakers: BStore - Estorlux, EnergyVille - VITO, VUB - MOBI, Memoco - Climact - Becquerel Institute - ULB, Laborelec, Octave, John Cockerill Energy, SWECO, and IEA.
VITO will kick off the seminar with an exploration of technology development in battery energy storage. Following this, experts from Laborelec will delve into grid integration and lab testing. Laborelec and Sweco will also provide valuable insights into materials, processing, and recycling within the battery storage sector. VUB-MOBI, IEA, and Octave will lead discussions on safety and sustainability, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of these critical aspects. Additionally, there will be sessions covering various applications, including network, suppliers, industrial, and domestic uses.
We are honored to have Prof. Patrick Hendrick and Daniel Ladang as our chairmen for this session. Their combined expertise and leadership will provide valuable insights throughout the seminar, enriching the discussions with their extensive knowledge and experience.
