The Energy System in Belgium at the Horizon 2030-2050 

Introduction

Since the Paris Agreement, the energy situation worldwide is the matter of all concerns in the population and in the industry due to the global warming and the huge and urgent need to install and use more and more green energy solutions for a sustainable future of our Society, our Industry and our Democracy.

The current energy crisis with an increase of the prices of electricity and gas that had never seen in the past, which emerged 6 months ago after the start of the armed conflict in Ukraine, is even bringing another face to the world energy map, with now an immediate impact on our life and our short-term future and a need for changes with immediate actions.

This workshop intends to put forward how sustainable energy technologies could bring solutions for both issues, namely the immediate price war that could last something like 5 to 10 years and be even more impacting for us than the recent Covid-19 pandemic crisis but also the “longer term” effects of the global warming and the GHG crisis that could deeply modify our Humanity.  

This workshop will bring around the table specialists from Industry, from Authorities, Academia, Research Centers, Civil Society, and any actor from the Great Public interested in this domain and this unique and so critical situation. 

The SRBE-KBVE, together with all Belgian Universities, invite you to join us on this incredibly interesting evening in Brussels.

Remplacement / Vervanging:

Le remplacement d’une personne inscrite est possible (veuillez nous en avertir) avec une éventuelle adaptation du tarif (membre – non membre).

De vervanging van een ingeschreven deelnemer is mogelijk (gelieve ons te verwittigen) met een eventuele aanpassing van het tarief (lid – niet-lid).

Annulation / Annulatie:

En cas d’annulation, signalée par écrit au secrétariat avant le 28 septembre 2022, 25% du montant total reste dû. Après cette date, le montant total vous sera facturé. Le remplacement d’une personne inscrite est possible (veuillez nous en avertir).

Bij annulering, schriftelijk meegedeeld aan het secretariaat vóór 28 september 2022, is 25% van de bijdrage verschuldigd. Bij latere annulering dient het volledige bedrag betaald te worden. Vervanging van de ingeschreven persoon is mogelijk (gelieve ons dit te melden).
